Galatasaray’s surprising loan signing of Victor Osimhen from Napoli at the start of the season has proven to be a remarkable decision, with the Nigerian forward scoring 31 goals in his debut season, matching his career record.

As the uncertainty surrounding his future grows, rumors about his next move are emerging rapidly. Most recently, Italian journalist Nicolo Schira revealed the club that is in talks with Napoli regarding Osimhen’s transfer.

Considered one of the world’s best strikers, Osimhen has been in fantastic form this season, netting 31 goals in 36 matches across the Super Lig, UEFA Europa League, and Turkish Cup. With this tally, the 26-year-old has equaled his career record from the 2022-2023 season with Napoli, making his future all the more intriguing.

‘Al Hilal started talks with Napoli’

Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal has reportedly entered the race for Osimhen’s signature, with discussions already underway between the club and Napoli, who holds the player’s contract.

According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Jorge Jesus’ Al Hilal is exploring the possibility of reaching an agreement with the Serie A club.

The Saudi club is also said to have made a substantial salary offer to the star striker as part of their efforts to complete the transfer.
