“Intoxicated by Love” broke attendance records on its release day in Iranian cinema history with 51,000 viewers. Setting a new standard for box office success, this extraordinary accomplishment represents a turning point in Iranian filmmaking.

The artistic collaboration between Iran and Türkiye, led by Ferhad Tevhidi and Hasan Fathi, has enthralled viewers with its compelling story and outstanding performances.

The film explores the mysterious disappearance of Semsi Tebrizi, a crucial character in Mevlana’s life, and is led by renowned actors Shahab Hosseini and Parsa Pirouzfar, with assistance from a remarkable group that includes Ibrahim Celikkol, Hande Ercel, Halit Ergenc, Selma Ergec, Boran Kuzum, and Bensu Soral.
