From world-class concerts and theatrical spectacles to immersive art experiences, Istanbul offers a full month of cultural highlights in November 2025 designed to engage both local audiences and the city’s growing international community.

Global sounds and timeless voices

Music enthusiasts visiting Istanbul in November will enjoy a diverse concert lineup. Legendary jazz icon Diana Krall will perform at Volkswagen Arena on Nov. 1, 9:00 p.m., blending jazz and bossa nova rhythms in an evening of refined performance. A week later, on Nov. 7–8, the same venue will host Monolink, whose hypnotic electronic soundscapes combine deep vocals with atmospheric visuals.

The month continues with the poetic voice of Cem Adrian, who will perform alongside the Night Flight Symphony Orchestra at Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre on Nov. 12, 9:00 p.m. His concert promises a fusion of classical and contemporary tones that resonate deeply with international audiences.

Classical music lovers can attend the Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra’s “Vivaldi: Four Seasons” at Caddebostan Cultural Center on Nov. 30, 8:00 p.m. The evening features violin virtuoso Veriko Tchumburidze performing Vivaldi and Bach under the baton of conductor Orcun Orcunsel.

For a cinematic experience, the Volkswagen Arena will transform into Hogwarts on Nov. 30, 7:00 p.m., during “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets In Concert”, featuring a live 100-piece orchestra performing John Williams’ original score as the film is screened with Turkish subtitles.

Festivals uniting music, food, and digital culture

Istanbul’s Mix Festival presented by %100 Music, held at Zorlu PSM (Zorlu Performing Arts Center) on Nov. 14–15, brings together international acts like Purple Disco Machine, Sigrid, and Maribou State for an unforgettable two-day celebration of sound and light.

The 10th Gastromasa Istanbul International Gastronomy Conference & Fair, on Nov. 7, at Halic Congress Center, gathers over 60 world-renowned chefs and hundreds of culinary professionals under the theme “Stories of 10 Years.” This event offers panels, workshops, and tastings exploring global gastronomy trends—perfect for culinary tourists and professionals living in Türkiye.

For wellness enthusiasts, Ora Arena hosts Wellness Istanbul on Nov. 15–16, featuring yoga, spinning, and Zumba sessions, as well as talks with health and fitness experts. The festival focuses on physical and mental well-being, attracting both residents and visitors interested in lifestyle and self-care.

Theatrical highlights in iconic venues

Among the month’s theatrical productions, “Don Quixote” at Zorlu PSM on Nov. 19, 8:30 p.m. stands out as a grand musical interpretation of Cervantes’ timeless novel. With performances by Selcuk Yontem, Zuhal Olcay, and Cengiz Bozkurt, it offers a modern yet classic take on one of world literature’s most beloved heroes.

At Trump Stage on Nov. 25, 8:30 p.m., audiences can see Sabahattin Ali’s “Madonna in a Fur Coat”, a moving stage adaptation of the Turkish literary masterpiece that explores love and solitude. The play’s emotional depth and universal themes continue to attract an international following.

For contemporary art lovers, Paribu Art presents “Autopsy” on Nov. 11, 8:30 p.m., a provocative physical performance questioning identity and the human body’s relationship with social norms. It challenges audiences to reflect on individuality in a rapidly transforming world.
