A new PanoramaTR survey conducted in Türkiye between Oct. 13 and 24 found that if elections were held now, the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) would receive 34.4% of the vote, while the main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) would receive 35.8%.

Compared to September results, the CHP fell 0.8 percentage points, dropping from 36.6% to 35.8%.

The AK Party saw a slight increase from 34.3% to 34.4%.

Separately, according to reporting by Turkish media outlet T24, another polling firm, Konda, said that since September, the AK Party has been slightly ahead, indicating a tight race between the two parties.

The survey results came after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's recent visit to the White House for a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump and amid Türkiye’s intensified diplomatic efforts on Gaza.

A ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was reached on Oct. 10 under a 20-point peace plan proposed by Trump.

Trump has recently praised Türkiye’s role in securing the ceasefire in Gaza, calling Erdogan “fantastic” and highlighting Ankara’s regional influence.

According to the T24's report, evaluating the polling data, Panorama Research Director Osman Sert said, “Looking at the trend in the competition between the AK Party and CHP, for the last eight months since March, except for the very close figures measured in June, CHP has received more votes than the AK Party.”
