Turkish defense firm Roketsan is ready to contribute more to Europe’s security architecture with its field-proven and cost-effective defense systems, the company’s chief executive said as Eurosatory 2026 opened in Paris.
The statement came as Eurosatory 2026, one of the world’s most prestigious international defense and security events, welcomed visitors from June 15 to 19 in the French capital.
Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, unmanned systems and next-generation defense technologies are among the key themes of this year’s exhibition.
Murat Ikinci, chief executive officer of Roketsan, said Türkiye’s strategic position within NATO and its contributions to Europe’s security architecture are becoming increasingly significant.
"Türkiye’s strategic position within the NATO alliance and its contributions to Europe’s security architecture are becoming increasingly significant. As Roketsan, we are ready to contribute further to Europe’s security architecture with our high-technology systems that have proven their success in the field and stand out from their competitors in terms of cost-effectiveness," he noted.
"We believe Eurosatory 2026 serves as an important platform for exploring new cooperation opportunities with friendly and allied countries across Europe,” Ikinci said.
He said the exhibition provides an opportunity to explore new avenues for cooperation with friendly and allied countries across Europe.

According to the company, modern operations involve an increasing number of sensors, platforms, and information sources, thereby increasing the importance of interoperability, mission management, multi-domain operations, and operational integration.
Throughout Eurosatory 2026, Havelsan is meeting military users, industry representatives, and business partners to discuss current operational needs and future requirements across land, naval, air, and joint environments.
The company said the exhibition also provides opportunities to strengthen existing relationships, establish new connections, and exchange views on the evolution of defense technologies in increasingly connected operational environments.
