50 Israeli soldiers injured in southern Lebanon after intense clashes with Hezbollah
Hezbollah has dealt a significant blow to Israel, which has launched a ground invasion into Lebanon and attacked a United Nations base with tanks. Reports indicate that numerous Israeli helicopters have been evacuating dead and wounded soldiers from the conflict zone.
Israeli media outlet Channel 13 reported that a total of 50 Israeli soldiers sustained injuries, with the wounded evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa and Benelson Hospital.
Local sources confirm that at least five Israeli soldiers have been killed, with 15 others reported injured. The casualties were transported to Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest hospital located in Tel Aviv.
