U.S. Vice President JD Vance stated that the U.S. wants to stop financing Ukraine in its war with Russia and desires peace in the region.

Speaking on Fox News, Vance said, “We are tired of funding Ukraine’s war. We want to bring a peaceful resolution now.”

He added that American taxpayers are also weary of their money going to this conflict and stressed that European countries must take more responsibility.

During his visit to the U.K., he raised this issue with officials there.

“What we told the Europeans is simple: This war is on your doorstep, behind your back. You need to step up and take bigger actions. If you care this much about this conflict, you should be willing to fund it more directly,” Vance emphasized.
