As of 12:30 p.m., over 1,000 reports have been logged globally concerning OpenAI services on Downdetector, a website that tracks platform outages.

Many users have reported being unable to access these services or experiencing interruptions during their operation, leading to frustration and disruptions in their workflows.

Meanwhile, many users also reported the problems on social media, reflecting their frustration and concern over the service outages.

OpenAI acknowledged the outage, confirming that an investigation is currently underway.

On their live status website, which provides real-time updates on the platform's functionality, they stated, "Some users are experiencing elevated error rates and latency across the listed services. We are continuing to investigate this issue."

The affected services include ChatGPT, Sora, and various API offerings.
