Dogus Otomotiv said a potential partnership would aim to bring value-added products equipped with new technologies to the Türkiye market.

The company also said the project was expected to contribute to the development of Türkiye’s automotive industry.

In the KAP disclosure, Volkswagen Group companies were classified as suppliers to Dogus Otomotiv.

Volkswagen Group accounted for 40.35% of the company’s net sales and cost of goods sold in its most recently disclosed income statement, according to the filing.

The group also represented 52.12% of Dogus Otomotiv’s trade receivables and payables in its latest balance sheet.
