Oasis announced a new world tour in 2027, with dates in Britain, Europe and the United States, following the sold-out success of its comeback tour last year.

Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, who spent 15 years estranged before reuniting, will perform 38 shows. Eleven of those dates fall in the band's hometown of Manchester, with additional stops in Glasgow, Munich, Paris, Amsterdam and Boston, among other cities.

The tour opens in Glasgow in May 2027 and closes with four shows in September at Knebworth, north of London, marking 30 years since the band played the venue in 1996.

Band's announcement

Oasis, known for songs including "Wonderwall," "Don't Look Back in Anger" and "Supersonic," had teased a second reunion tour for several weeks before Monday's announcement.

The band posted the news on social media with the caption "start the celebrations." In a statement, the group said it had declared itself "fit for purpose" and would "return to lift the spirits of the people."

Ticket sales

Fans can register through a sign-up link for a chance to purchase tickets, which go on sale between Sept. 25 and 27.

Successful registrants will receive a code granting access to the sale, a measure organizers say is intended to reduce queuing times and limit ticket touting.

Reunion tour context

The Gallagher brothers announced the end of their feud and a reunion tour in August 2024. More than two million people attended the 41 shows across Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America, generating approximately £300 million ($400 million).

Some fans criticized sudden price increases and high resale prices during the 2024 tour, prompting an investigation by the United Kingdom's competition watchdog.
