Researchers revealed that people with higher education levels may age at a slower pace

Recent research from Columbia University in the U.S. has revealed that the level of education may be associated with a longer and healthier life.

Framingham Heart Study, which has been ongoing since 1948 and includes data from 14,106 participants, examined the education levels and aging rates across three generations.

The researchers determined the education level of the participants and performed DNA analysis to assess biological aging.

Comparing the children's education levels with their parents, the researchers also examined the educational differences between the siblings in detail.

The study revealed a remarkable finding: individuals with higher education experienced a slower aging process, leading to an extended lifespan.
