Game of Thrones actor Thor Bjornsson, known internationally for playing “The Mountain,” has drawn renewed attention online after sharing new photos with his wife, Kelsey Henson.
The Icelandic actor, who is about 2.05 meters tall, stands roughly 48 centimeters taller than Henson, who is 1.57 meters tall. Their difference in height has once again become a talking point on social media, where users have commented on the contrast between the couple when they appear side by side.
Bjornsson’s large frame became widely recognizable through his role as “The Mountain,” a nickname used for his character in Game of Thrones. In the latest photos, Henson appears much smaller next to him, which led many social media users to focus on the couple’s height gap.
Although the pair have often shared photos together, their height difference has remained one of the details that draws the most attention whenever new images appear online.
Henson, who is Canadian, met Bjornsson in Canada in 2017. The couple married in 2018 and have continued to share moments from their life together on social media.
