Instagram announced the 25 winners of its 2026 Rings Awards on Friday, the second year of a program that honors creators for taking creative risks rather than for any one style of content.
Instagram introduced the awards last year to recognize creators whose work has sparked conversation and shifted culture, both on the platform and beyond it.
This year’s winners include singer-songwriter Laufey, music video director Cole Bennett, comedians Elyse Myers and Zarna Garg, creator and actor Dolly Singh, BMX rider Nigel Sylvester, skateboarder Tyshawn and graffiti artist Futura, among others.
The company said the awards honor the whole creative journey, not just the final product, and welcome many perspectives as risk-taking sparks creativity.
A panel of judges chose this year’s winners. Each member nominated and voted for creators.
The panel includes designer Donatella Versace, rapper A$AP Rocky, designer Emily Adams Bode Aujla, musician FINNEAS, filmmaker Chloe Zhao, skier Mikaela Shiffrin, the Brazilian artist duo OSGEMEOS and Instagram head Adam Mosseri.
It also includes Charm La’Donna, Eva Chen, Will Welch, Isamaya Ffrench, Vikas Khanna and Jack Edwards.
Bode Aujla, a well-known American fashion designer, also created the physical ring each winner will receive.
She said the honorees share a willingness to take bold creative risks, which in a sense makes their own luck. The designer built this year’s ring around that idea, with a four-leaf clover design cut from Connemara marble.
