Novak Djokovic, the record-breaking Serbian tennis icon, and Eddie Redmayne, the Oscar-winning British actor, have been spotted in Bodrum's luxurious resort town in the southwestern province of Mugla, Türkiye.
Djokovic, 37, who holds the all-time record with 24 Grand Slam titles, is on a mission to achieve his 100th singles title.
Amid this pursuit, he attended a private event in Bodrum, where he met Redmayne, best known for his Academy Award-winning role in The Theory of Everything.
The duo participated in a special talk held at a high-end hotel, engaging with guests in an intimate setting.
Later, they hit the tennis court together for a friendly match, much to the delight of onlookers.
Novak Djokovic, who turns 38 on today, secured his first clay-court victory since winning the career Golden Slam at the Paris 2024 Olympics, defeating Marton Fucsovics 6-2 6-3 in Geneva to break a three-match losing streak ahead of the French Open. Preparing for a potential record 25th Grand Slam title at Roland Garros, Djokovic reflected on the challenges of clay, the end of his coaching partnership with Andy Murray, and the importance of this win after early exits in Madrid and Monte Carlo. Seeded second in Geneva, he will next face Matteo Arnaldi, who beat him in April.
