Panic broke out in Istanbul's Maltepe district following an armed incident that left 2 dead and 1 injured.
The incident occurred around 2:30 PM in the Gülsuyu neighborhood, located on the city's Asian side.

According to initial reports, an argument erupted between the landlord and the operator for reasons yet unknown, quickly escalating into a gunfight.
Following notifications, police, special operations forces, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
