President Erdogan receives ambassadors from New Zealand, Angola, and US

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received the new ambassadors of New Zealand, Angola, and the United States during an official ceremony held at the Presidential Complex in Ankara.

The ambassadors presented their letters of credence to the president.

Presentation of credentials

President Erdogan met individually with each ambassador. Greg David Lewis, the Ambassador of New Zealand; Joao Salvador dos Santos Neto, the Ambassador of Angola; and Thomas Joseph Barrack Jr., the Ambassador of the United States, formally submitted their credentials.

Following the presentations, the ambassadors and their accompanying delegations posed for official photographs with President Erdogan.

The ceremonies were conducted in accordance with diplomatic protocol and included cordial exchanges and expressions of goodwill.

Bilateral meetings held

After the credential ceremonies, President Erdogan held short bilateral meetings with each ambassador.

The discussions reportedly focused on the status of bilateral relations and addressed various regional and international issues of mutual concern.
