Three well-known figures, Melek Mosso, Simge Sagin, and Ilkay Sencan, who were recently detained in a broad drug investigation in Istanbul, have been released by court order, according to authorities.

The investigation, conducted under the coordination of the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Istanbul Gendarmerie Narcotics Division, focuses on allegations of “purchasing, possessing, or using narcotic or stimulant substances” as well as “supplying narcotics or stimulants.”

Arrest warrants were issued for nine individuals, including several prominent figures from the music and entertainment sectors.

During the operation, suspects were taken into custody, and blood and hair samples were collected at the Forensic Medicine Institute.

Following initial procedures, Melek Mosso, Simge Sagin, and Ilkay Sencan were sent to the Beykoz Courthouse, while the remaining suspects were released.

After appearing before the magistrate's court, all three were released.

However, judicial authorities imposed travel restrictions on Simge Sagin and Ilkay Sencan, preventing them from leaving the country, while Melek Mosso was released without additional restrictions.
