Snowfall was observed in higher-elevation areas on the European side, including Silivri, Buyukcekmece and Basaksehir, where some residents experienced difficulties due to the weather.
On Istanbul’s Asian side, heavy rainfall caused traffic congestion in several districts.

Rain was also effective across the European side, including Fatih, Eyupsultan, Bayrampasa, Esenler, Sultangazi, Bahcelievler, Avcilar, Esenyurt, Beylikduzu, Arnavutkoy and Silivri.
