Iran’s Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned what it described as ongoing military aggression by Israel, accusing the U.S. of complicity by supplying arms and intelligence support. The ministry said the attacks, which targeted Iranian territory, amount to a direct violation of international law and human rights norms.

In a series of statements, the ministry said Iran had no choice but to respond forcefully to what it called an “unforgivable crime” and vowed that the confrontation would continue. “This is a legitimate act of self-defense under international law and human principles,” the ministry asserted.

Tehran also held all countries that support or justify Israel's actions complicit in the violence. “What is happening is not just an attack on Iran, but a direct assault on international conventions and humanitarian values,” it said.

The ministry urged the international community, particularly states that uphold international law, to condemn the attacks and take concrete steps to stop Israeli aggression.

Iran further claimed that the current violence is a continuation of Israel’s “brutal policies” that have destabilized the region for decades. It called on Washington to clarify its position, suggesting that the Israeli strikes could not have been carried out without U.S. coordination.

The Foreign Ministry also denounced the recent Israeli strike on the Natanz nuclear facility in Isfahan, calling it “a blatant violation of all international norms and agreements.”

Additionally, the commander of Iran’s Army Ground Forces revealed that more than 10 Arash-1 and Arash-2 drones were launched toward targets in Israeli territory during retaliatory operations yesterday.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry concluded by warning that Israeli military operations have transformed the region into a zone of permanent conflict and emphasized that such actions must not go unchallenged.

Heavy casualties, canceled talks

Meanwhile, Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid confirmed that eight Israelis were killed in overnight strikes, describing the night as “extremely difficult.”

Israel launched a new wave of airstrikes on Iran for a third consecutive day on Sunday. According to a Washington-based human rights group, at least 406 Iranians have been killed and 654 injured since the bombardment began. The initial strikes on Friday targeted nuclear and military installations, reportedly killing several senior generals and nuclear scientists.

The escalating violence has cast doubt over any diplomatic progress, with planned negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program now officially canceled. Regional and international observers are warning that the situation could spiral into a prolonged conflict with far-reaching implications.
