Türkiye's ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) spokesperson, Omer Celik, condemned Israel's intervention against the Madleen vessel, stating that those who ordered and carried out the attack should be prosecuted through international cooperation.

Celik, deputy chairman and spokesperson of AK Party, said, "We strongly condemn Israel's intervention against the vessel named 'Madleen.' The whole world should cooperate for the prosecution of those who ordered and carried out this attack."

Celik made the following statement on his social media account: "We strongly condemn Israel's intervention against the vessel named 'Madleen.' The whole world should cooperate for the prosecution of those who ordered and carried out this attack. While the 'Madleen' vessel was trying to bring aid to Gaza on behalf of human conscience, it faced Israeli aggression in international waters. It was once again seen that Israel uses blocking humanitarian aid as a weapon. The whole world should condemn Israel in the face of this aggression and implement concrete measures."

Parliament speaker describes attack on Madleen vessel as terrorist operation

Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus described Israel's attack on the Madleen vessel as a terrorist operation, stating, "The terrorist operation organized by Israeli military forces against the Madleen vessel in international waters is a despicable attack directed at human dignity."

Kurtulmus made a statement on his social media account, noting that the terrorist operation organized by Israeli military forces in international waters against the Madleen vessel, which set out to draw attention to the genocide in Gaza and contained only civilians, was a despicable attack directed not only at the humanitarian aid mission but also at human dignity.

Drawing attention to the fact that the systematic punishment, genocide and siege policy applied against the Palestinian people carries no legal and humanitarian legitimacy, Kurtulmus stated: "Blocking humanitarian aid is a clear crime according to international law. The picture we face today once again shows that the scales of justice in the global order are broken and the strong crushes the weak. We invite the international community to raise its voice against this clear lawlessness, to defend humanitarian values and to stand by Madleen. We declare once again that we are on the side of Gaza, Madleen, justice, peace and human dignity."

Presidential communication director condemns attack

Presidential Communication Director Fahrettin Altun announced that they strongly condemned Israel's attack on the civilian "Madleen" vessel that set out to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.

Altun made the following statement on his social media account: "Israel's attack on the civilian 'Madleen' vessel that set out to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza is a clear violation of international law and human rights. We condemn this despicable attack in the strongest terms."

Drawing attention to the fact that the Zionist Israeli administration cannot tolerate even basic humanitarian aid reaching Gaza, Altun emphasized that systematic destruction and massacres have been continuing in Gaza for months, and this is "the product of a terror state that recognizes no moral and legal measure."

Emphasizing that what is happening in Palestine is a matter for all humanity, Altun stated: "The Israeli administration has become a 'blender' that threatens regional peace and risks global security with the brutality it has been implementing for more than 20 months. Every attitude that ignores, remains silent or remains unresponsive to this fact means being complicit in this crime. As Türkiye, we reiterate our call for stopping this brutality, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and establishing just peace in the region. We invite the international community and all humanity to listen to this cry and take concrete steps."
