Paul Onuachu has drawn strong interest from Germany, with four Bundesliga sides preparing to step up their efforts to sign the Trabzonspor forward during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to reports in the German media.
Among the clubs tracking the Nigerian striker are VfL Wolfsburg, Bayer Leverkusen, TSG Hoffenheim, and Werder Bremen, all of whom are said to be planning approaches once the transfer window opens.
The reports suggest that these teams have added Onuachu to their radar after closely following his performances in Türkiye’s top-tier league, known as the Super Lig, which represents the highest level of professional football competition in the country.
Onuachu has stood out this season by scoring 21 goals in the Super Lig, placing him at the top of the league’s scoring race, often referred to as the “golden boot” contest among strikers.
Reports indicate that Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg could look to bring him in as a direct first-choice striker, meaning a central attacking player expected to lead the line and finish chances consistently.
Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen is said to be considering the Nigerian forward as part of alternative attacking options rather than as a primary signing, suggesting a more rotational role within their squad.
