Besiktas, working hard to enter the new season with a strong squad, is reported to have reached a preliminary agreement with former player Ridvan Yilmaz.

After falling short of expectations this season, Besiktas has accelerated its transfer efforts to build a squad capable of challenging for the championship next season.
In this context, Besiktas targets completing its first transfers of the new season with three national players.
According to the Turkish media, the first of these players is Zeki Celik. The experienced player, currently at Roma, is reportedly looking to return to Türkiye, with ongoing negotiations between his agent and the club.
Another key target is Ridvan Yilmaz, a product of Besiktas’s youth system.
Yilmaz, who was sold to Rangers at the start of the 2022-23 season for 4 million euros, has reached a principle agreement with Besiktas.
Recently, Besiktas has been in contact with Rangers, who sent Yilmaz to Istanbul to finalize the transfer.
The third target is Salih Ozcan, who is preparing to leave Borussia Dortmund.
With the national player giving the green light for the transfer, Besiktas has begun negotiations with the German club over his transfer fee.
The Besiktas management plans to complete the signings of all three national team players soon and file the official disclosures with the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
