Türkiye international Enes Unal has reportedly reached a three-year agreement with Spanish side Getafe, setting up a return to La Liga after his spell with English club Bournemouth.

According to a report by Spanish newspaper Marca, the 29-year-old striker has agreed terms with Getafe and is expected to undergo a medical examination in Spain on Wednesday before completing the proposed move.

Getafe move takes shape

Unal is currently on the books of Bournemouth, but the reported agreement would take him back to Spanish football as clubs continue to carry out their transfer business ahead of the new season.

The deal is expected to run for three years, although no financial details were provided in the report.

Injuries limited Unal's season at Bournemouth

Unal made 24 competitive appearances for Bournemouth last season and scored once, with an injury suffered at the beginning of the campaign forcing him to miss a significant number of matches.

Even after returning to action, the center-forward was given limited playing time across his appearances, restricting his role during the season.
