The Turkish club advanced after a tense fourth game in Lithuania, where regulation ended 80-80 before Fenerbahce Beko secured the win in overtime. The result sent Fenerbahce Beko to the Final Four for the eighth time in its history.
Fenerbahce Beko entered the fourth playoff game with a 2-1 lead in the series and needed a road victory to avoid a deciding fifth game.
The Istanbul side started strongly, leading 25-20 after the first quarter and 47-42 at halftime. Zalgiris responded in the third quarter, moving ahead 62-61 before the game went to the final period.
The fourth quarter ended 80-80, sending the game into overtime. Fenerbahce Beko then outlasted Zalgiris 94-90 to close the series 3-1 and book its place in the Final Four.
