Türkiye's Fenerbahce secured a dominant 4–0 away victory over Norwegian side Brann on Thursday in the 6th matchweek of the UEFA Europa League’s league phase, with Brazilian forward Anderson Talisca netting a hat trick to lead the scoring.

The match, played at Brann Stadium in Bergen, marked a return to winning form for the Turkish club after two consecutive draws.

Talisca’s hat trick seals commanding win for Fenerbahce

Brazilian forward Anderson Talisca was the standout performer, scoring three of Fenerbahce’s four goals. The opening goal came in the fifth minute when Kerem Akturkoglu latched onto a through ball from Nene and chipped it over the goalkeeper.

Talisca netted his first goal in the 36th minute, converting a close-range opportunity after a corner delivered by Akturkoglu. Just before halftime, he doubled his tally with a controlled finish following a cross from Brown, bringing the score to 3-0 by the break.

Fenerbahce continued to press after halftime. In the 65th minute, Levent Mercan’s cross from the left found Talisca once more, who completed his hat trick with a powerful header.

Brann failed to create any meaningful threat throughout the match, with Fenerbahce’s defensive line absorbing pressure and goalkeeper maintaining a clean sheet.
