Galatasaray has unveiled its new kits for the 2026-27 season, placing the club's iconic "Welcome to Hell" message on the collars of the home and third shirts as an intimidating reminder for Europe's elite.

Designed by Puma, the home, away and third kits were unveiled on Saturday through a digital campaign featuring head coach Okan Buruk and players Victor Osimhen, Leroy Sane, Baris Alper Yilmaz, Gabriel Sara, Yunus Akgun, Arda Unyay, Renato Nhaga, Ilkay Gundogan, Ismail Jakobs, Abdulkerim Bardakci and Wilfried Singo.

The roar that greets Europe's elite

Fresh off a fourth consecutive Super Lig title, the Turkish champions have revived a slogan that became famous during the club's European rise in the 1990s.

It gained worldwide attention ahead of Manchester United's visit to the former Ali Sami Yen Stadium in 1993 and has since become synonymous with the fearsome atmosphere that greets Europe's top clubs on Galatasaray's home turf.

That reputation was on display again this season as the Lions beat Juventus 5-2 in the Champions League knockout play-offs and defeated Liverpool 1-0 twice at Rams Park, first in the league phase and again in the round of 16, reaffirming the stadium's reputation as one of Europe's toughest places to visit.

The away design instead features the phrase "The Team of Firsts and Great Achievements," a club motto highlighting Galatasaray's pioneering achievements and enduring success in Turkish football.

Galatasaray's shirt sales top $100M

The collection draws inspiration from Galatasaray's four consecutive Super Lig titles while reflecting the club's history and identity, according to a statement from PUMA.

It includes the club's traditional split yellow-and-red home shirt, a dark gray away kit with purple accents on the collar and sleeves, and a white third shirt finished with yellow-and-red trim.

The home design stays true to Galatasaray's classic look, while the away and third kits adopt a more contemporary style.

According to UEFA's 2025 The European Club Finance and Investment Landscape report, Galatasaray was the highest-ranked Turkish club by kit sales, generating €99 million ($113.26 million) in revenue to place eighth among Europe's biggest clubs.
