Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk and players Abdulkerim Bardakci and Yunus Akgun spent part of their short break in Bodrum, where they took time out after a demanding season and prepared to return to Istanbul for the club's pre-season camp on July 7.
Following Galatasaray's recent successes, the two popular players, who returned from World Cup duty, headed to Bodrum, one of Türkiye's best-known Aegean holiday destinations.
The group spent their break in a secluded bay, keeping a low profile while making the most of the sea and warm summer weather.
Although they were away from the training ground, Buruk, Bardakci and Akgun did not fully switch off from sport.
They played a competitive game of beach volleyball with friends on the sand, drawing attention with their relaxed and cheerful mood during the holiday.
After the game, the Galatasaray players cooled off in the Aegean waters and continued their break by swimming.
The short holiday served as a chance to recharge before the new season schedule, with the team set to begin preparations in Istanbul on July 7.
