The Bosnia and Herzegovina stop of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series took place from July 30 to August 1 at Stari Most, a 16th-century Ottoman-era bridge spanning the Neretva River in the southern city of Mostar.
The event marked the 10th time the series has visited the UNESCO World Heritage Site since its debut there in 2015.
Popovici won the men's competition on August 1 with a four-round total of 414.90 points, narrowly ahead of Britain's Aidan Heslop, who scored 414.80. American James Lichtenstein finished third with 411.10 points.
The result marked Popovici's second consecutive World Series win, following an earlier victory in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Iffland secured the women's title with 363.20 points, finishing ahead of Canada's Molly Carlson, who scored 361.60, and Australia's Xantheia Pennisi, who placed third with 345.80.
The win marked Iffland's 10th consecutive King Kahekili Trophy and 48th career World Series victory.
Divers competed from platforms erected above the bridge, with men diving from 27 meters (89 feet) and women from 21 meters (69 feet) into the Neretva River.
An estimated 23,000 spectators attended across the three-day event, according to organizers.
Following the Mostar stop, Heslop leads the men's overall standings with 68 points, ahead of Lichtenstein with 57 and Popovici with 55.
The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will conclude its 2026 season in Polignano a Mare, Italy, on September 27.
