Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise has reportedly bought a mansion worth €12 million (over $13.5 million) after being forced to leave the property he had been renting following a dispute with his landlord.
According to reports in the German media, the French footballer decided to purchase a permanent residence in one of Munich's most prestigious areas, bringing his recent housing problems to an end with a major real estate investment.
Olise had been living in a rented property since joining Bayern Munich but was recently made to move out after falling out with the owner of the house.
Rather than looking for another rental home, the winger reportedly chose to buy his own property, securing a high-end mansion valued at €12 million.
The move comes as Olise continues to establish himself at the Bundesliga club, Germany's top-flight football league, where his performances have helped him build up a strong following among Bayern supporters.
The newly purchased property reportedly includes an indoor swimming pool, a private spa area and a gym fitted out with modern equipment.
The mansion is also said to feature a large garage and advanced security systems, providing both privacy and extensive leisure facilities.
Olise reportedly earns an annual net salary of €15 million from Bayern Munich. His total yearly income is said to rise to around €25 million when sponsorship agreements are taken into account.
