The NBA playoff field is now complete after the Phoenix Suns and Orlando Magic came through the play-in stage to claim the final two postseason places.

Phoenix moved into the Western Conference playoffs by beating the Golden State Warriors 111-96 in the game that decided who would go on to face the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder. In the East, Orlando booked its place with a 121-90 win over the Charlotte Hornets and will now take on the Detroit Pistons in the first round.

Suns come through as final Western matchup falls into place

Phoenix wrapped up the last available playoff berth in the Western Conference with a clear win over Golden State, setting up a first-round series against Oklahoma City, which finished the regular season on top of the conference.

Jalen Green led the Suns with 36 points and also chipped in six rebounds, while Devin Booker stepped up with 20 points, eight assists and six rebounds. For the Warriors, Brandin Podziemski put up 23 points and 10 rebounds, while Stephen Curry added 17 points.

With that result, the full Western Conference bracket has now been locked in.
