Barcelona forward Raphinha picked up a muscle injury while playing for Brazil against Australia on Tuesday, leaving his availability uncertain for the Spanish side's Champions League meeting with Galatasaray on Oct. 13.
The Brazilian scored from the penalty spot in the 45th minute of the friendly but did not come back out for the second half, with reports indicating that a muscle problem prevented him from carrying on.
There has been no further information on the severity of the injury, meaning it remains unclear whether Raphinha will be fit enough to feature when Barcelona take on Galatasaray in the second matchweek of the Champions League.
Galatasaray and Barcelona are scheduled to face each other at Rams Park on Tuesday, Oct. 13, with kickoff set for 10 p.m.
Raphinha has emerged as one of Barcelona's leading attacking contributors this season, scoring 14 goals and three assists across eight appearances.
