According to a report by Haberturk TV, Real Madrid star Arda Guler has purchased a luxury villa in Istanbul's Acarkent neighborhood.
The 20-year-old midfielder reportedly paid $3 million (around 116.6 million TL) for the five-story, 7 bedroom villa, which spans 1,000 square meters.
He is also set to invest another $2 million (about 77.7 million TL) for renovations.
The villa, listed on a real estate platform for $3.4 (133 million TL), was allegedly acquired by Guler at a more favorable price.
The property features a spacious living room, a large kitchen, a scenic view, and a sizable swimming pool.
The monthly maintenance fee for the residence is around $360 (14,000 TL.)
