Sengun finished the game with a double-double, posting 13 points and 10 assists, while also adding five rebounds and one steal. The result gave Houston its third straight win and marked the team’s 46th victory of the season.
Houston, which sits sixth in the Western Conference standings, got its highest scoring output from Kevin Durant, who led the team with 27 points.
For the Knicks, Karl-Anthony Towns scored 22 points, but his effort was not enough to stop New York from falling to defeat.
In another NBA game, the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 127-113 at home to extend their winning streak to four games.
Luka Doncic led the Lakers with a double-double of 42 points and 12 assists, playing a decisive role in the victory.
For Cleveland, Jarrett Allen scored 18 points, while James Harden added 17 in the loss.
