Besiktas has announced that Türkiye's international midfielder Salih Ozcan will arrive in Istanbul on Wednesday night to complete the transfer to the club.
The Black and Whites confirmed a preliminary agreement with Ozcan, who was a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.
The 28-year-old is expected to undergo medical tests before signing an official contract with Besiktas.

Under the terms of the deal, Ozcan will sign a three-plus-one-year contract with the club, earning an annual net salary of 2 million euros ($2.28 million).
The transfer will become official once the player successfully passes his medical checks and signs the formal paperwork.
Ozcan came through the youth academies of SC West Koln and Koln in Germany before moving into professional football.
He most recently played for Borussia Dortmund in the German Bundesliga, appearing in 12 matches last season for a total of 74 minutes, without recording a goal or an assist.
The midfielder has also represented Türkiye at the senior international level, playing for the national team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Besiktas has been active in the transfer market as it continues to build its squad, with Ozcan set to become the club's latest addition once the move is finalized.
