Swedish swimmer Sarah Sjostrom achieves success in the women’s 50-meter freestyle preliminaries at the World Championships in Doha

In a dazzling display of speed and skill, defending champion Sarah Sjostrom asserted her dominance in the women’s 50-meter freestyle preliminaries at the World Championships in Doha Saturday. 

The evergreen Sweden, known for her remarkable achievements in the pool, comfortably won her heat with a swift time of 23.91 seconds at the Aspire Dome pool.
