Trabzonspor out, Basaksehir advances in European football

Trabzonspor was eliminated after losing 2-0 to Austrian team Rapid Wien in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round. They will now continue their journey in the UEFA Conference League playoffs.

Trabzonspor's next opponent will be the winner of the tie between Polish team Slask Wroclaw and Swiss side St. Gallen in the Conference League third qualifying round.

Basaksehir, on the other hand, faced Georgian team Iberia Tiflis in the second leg of the Conference League third qualifying round.

After winning the first match 1-0, Basaksehir secured a 2-0 victory at home, advancing to the next round. Basaksehir will now compete against Irish team St. Patrick's Athletic in the playoff stage.
