Turkish national team with Yusuf Dikec wins gold medal

In the Air Weapons European Champions League Air Pistol team final, Türkiye’s national Olympic shooters Yusuf Dikec and Simal Yilmaz triumphed over the host nation Serbia with a decisive 3-1 victory, clinching the gold medal.

The competition, held in the Serbian capital of Belgrade, will conclude on Sunday. In the semi-finals of the Air Pistol team event, the Turkish Olympic shooters faced a challenging match, finishing in a 2-2 tie.

Yusuf Dikec and Simal Yilmaz advanced to the final after defeating Germany in a duel match, where they dominated with a score of 16-2.

In the gold medal match against Serbia, Dikec and Yilmaz showcased their skills, securing their victory and the gold medal for Türkiye.
