Türkiye’s Toprak Razgatlioglu retired from the MotoGP U.S. Grand Prix sprint race on Saturday after a mechanical problem forced him to withdraw on the fourth lap.
The race was held at the 5.5-kilometer Circuit of the Americas in Texas as part of the third round of the MotoGP World Championship.
Razgatlioglu, riding for the Prima Pramac Yamaha team and competing under Red Bull sponsorship, was unable to continue due to a technical issue with his motorcycle.
Aprilia Racing’s Spanish rider Jorge Martin won the sprint race with a time of 20:19.54.
Martin fell from his motorcycle while celebrating after the race but did not suffer any injuries.
The U.S. Grand Prix main race is scheduled for Sunday at 23:00 Türkiye time.
