Turkish taekwondo athletes claimed a total of nine medals at the 10th WT Presidential Cup held in the Bulgarian capital, securing second place in the overall team standings.
According to a statement from the Turkish Taekwondo Federation, the G3-status tournament, which awarded qualification points for the European Under-21 Taekwondo Championship, concluded with Turkish competitors taking home one gold medal, five silver medals, and three bronze medals.
The event, organized by the European Taekwondo Union, saw the Turkish national team deliver a strong performance that placed them second in the general classification.
