Security forces in Edirne have detained 19 irregular migrants who were found to have entered Türkiye illegally.
As part of ongoing efforts to prevent irregular migration, authorities conducted inspections and controls throughout the province.
During their operations, security teams apprehended 19 individuals from Afghanistan and Pakistan who had crossed into the country through unauthorized routes.
The irregular migrants were handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management following the completion of necessary procedures.
