Türkiye eliminates 16 PKK/YPG terrorists in northern Iraq

Turkish forces eliminated 16 PKK/YPG terrorists innorthern Iraq, The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced Friday.

The operation targeted militants in the Hakurk, Asos, Gara, and Metina regions, furthering Türkiye's ongoing efforts to combat terrorism in the region.

Turkish forces continue targeted operations

The Defense Ministry emphasized the Turkish Armed Forces' (TSK) commitment to eradicating terrorism at its source. In a statement published on X, the ministry said, "Brave, Determined and Powerful!"
