Erdogan emphasizes trade and energy cooperation

The organization, which includes Türkiye, Pakistan, and eight other member states, focuses on economic cooperation among developing nations in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and West Asia. Türkiye and Pakistan have maintained close diplomatic and economic relations, with both countries frequently coordinating positions on international issues.

Erdogan calls for joint Gaza efforts

President Erdogan also stressed the importance of joint diplomatic efforts to end Israeli military operations in Gaza and ensure sustained humanitarian aid delivery to the Palestinian territory. Erdogan underscored the need for continuing joint efforts to halt Israel's attacks on Gaza, establish a ceasefire, and guarantee uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.

High-level delegation accompanies President Erdogan

Erdogan attended the meeting with a high-level delegation including Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Family and Social Services Minister Mahinur Ozdemir Goktas, Trade Minister Omer Bolat, Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu, Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and Chief Foreign Policy and Security Adviser Akif Cagatay Kilic.
