In response to recent Indian missile strikes that resulted in the deaths of three Pakistani civilians and injuries to twelve others, Pakistani officials have issued strong condemnations and vowed decisive retaliation.

Pakistani response is already underway

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry labeled the attacks as "cowardly," emphasizing that Pakistan's military response is already underway both on the ground and in the air.

Lt Gen Chaudhry highlighted that the strikes targeted mosques and civilian areas in multiple cities, including Bahawalpur and Kotli, describing these actions as indicative of the "RSS Hindutva ideology." He asserted that Pakistan would respond at a time and place of its choosing, ensuring that the provocation does not go unanswered.

Attacks launched within Indian airspace

Defense Minister Khawaja Asif confirmed that the attacks were launched from within Indian airspace, deliberately targeting civilian areas. He declared that Pakistan's retaliation would be "far greater" than the initial strike, underscoring the country's resolve to respond fittingly to such aggression.

The ISPR further stated that Pakistan's armed forces are fully prepared to respond to any Indian aggression along the Line of Control (LoC), reaffirming the nation's commitment to defending its sovereignty and supporting the people of occupied Kashmir in their struggle for self-determination.
