Great Place To Work announced the 2025 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Europe, drawing on 1.2 million eligible employee survey responses from across the region. The list spotlights organizations where staff consistently report strong, trust-based workplace experiences.
Türkiye is represented by four companies this year across categories, with three in the large-company Fortune 100 list and one in the small and medium-sized business list.
Great Place To Work said it surveyed 1.5 million employees in Europe and ranked companies using 1.2 million responses from organizations that met the criteria. Leaders framed the results around trust. These companies earned this recognition based on the trust that has been built within the organization.
Employees at companies on this list have higher levels of trust in their leaders and their organization. This unlocks their creativity, which delivers profits and heals the planet at the same time,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. Grethe Schepers, lists director, Europe at Fortune, added: “We are proud to celebrate these companies setting the standard for what a great workplace looks like in Europe today.”
To be considered, companies needed Great Place To Work Certified status, have 500 or more employees, and appear on a national Best Workplaces list in 2024 or early 2025 in one of 21 participating countries including Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom.
What the terms mean: the Trust Index is Great Place To Work’s employee survey that captures day-to-day experience in areas such as trust, inclusion, fairness, leadership, and team spirit; the Culture Audit is an assessment of company practices. Rankings combine Trust Index survey results with Culture Audit evaluations under the organization’s Global For All methodology.
According to a summary shared locally, Magna International, Assistt, and ESBAS earned places in the Fortune 100 large-company list (organizations with 500+ employees). Organik Kimya stood out in the Small and Medium-Sized Companies category.
