The conference is expected to draw over 200 Turkish organizations and international figures in support of recovery and reconstruction efforts in Khartoum State.

The remarks were made at a meeting attended by representatives of Al-Fajr International Foundation, Development Without Borders, the Islamic Relief Agency, and the Turkish Verenel organization, alongside Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Awad, director of the Khartoum State Water Corporation; Ahmed Al-Bashir, director of the General Administration of Curative Medicine at the Khartoum State Ministry of Health; and Jaafar Ahmed Abdullah, secretary-general of the Islamic Relief Agency.

Al-Amin extended greetings to the Khartoum State government, led by Gov. Ahmed Osman Hamza, praising the significant efforts made toward the state's recovery.

He emphasized that the Turkish delegation came to contribute to the reconstruction and rebuilding of Khartoum State, based on the humanitarian and historical ties between the two countries.

He explained that the Turkish participation comes at the direction of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to support Sudan's reconstruction, saying, "We want you to identify your needs, and we carry a clear message of support for Khartoum State's recovery in the fields of health, water and education."

He also noted effective partnerships with the Islamic Relief Agency and other organizations.
