Indonesia’s heritage takes center stage

Marking the 80th anniversary of Indonesia’s founding and the 75th year of Türkiye–Indonesia friendship, a special photography exhibition titled “The Beauty of Indonesia” opened at the Marmaris Culture and Art House.

Curated by Koray Urkmez, the exhibition was prepared in cooperation with the Photography Art Federation of Türkiye (TFSF) and the Indonesian Federation of Photographic Art (FPSI).

With contributions from the Marmaris Photography Friends Association (MARFOD) and the municipality, the display brings together images capturing Indonesia’s cultural richness, natural landscapes and traces of traditional life.
