Rock guitarist Slash is set to return to Istanbul after a 14-year absence, with a concert scheduled for July 22, 2027, at Bonus Parkorman as part of his Flying Blind World Tour 2027.
The Guns N' Roses guitarist will take the stage with vocalist Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, according to information published on his official website. The performance will mark the group's first Istanbul appearance since 2013.
The Istanbul concert will form part of a wider world tour supporting Flying Blind, the upcoming fifth studio album by Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.
The album is scheduled to come out on Feb. 26, 2027, while its title track, Flying Blind, has already been released as the first single.
The 12-track record was largely recorded live at Studio Barbarosa in Florida, with longtime producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette overseeing the sessions.
Born Saul Hudson, Slash rose to international prominence as the lead guitarist of Guns N' Roses and became closely associated with guitar solos on tracks including Sweet Child o' Mine, November Rain and Paradise City.
He later helped set up Velvet Revolver before moving into a long-running collaboration with Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy, who first appeared as a guest vocalist on Slash's self-titled solo album in 2010.
Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators went on to release Apocalyptic Love in 2012, followed by World on Fire in 2014, Living the Dream in 2018 and 4 in 2022.
Their July 2027 appearance will bring Slash back to Istanbul for the first time since 2013.
