Türkiye's second annual cinema festival, the Türkiye Film Festival, will offer flat-rate tickets priced at ₺90 for all screenings on Sept. 26 and 27, Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy announced from the capital, Ankara.
The festival, organized by the Cinema Hall Investors Association with backing from the Culture and Tourism Ministry, will run across 75 of Türkiye's 81 provinces, spanning roughly 1,500 theaters nationwide. Ticket sales began the same day as the announcement.
Organizers will screen 17 domestic and international films during the two-day event. The lineup includes "Avengers: Endgame," "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," "The Odyssey" and "Toy Story 5," spanning family films, animated features, adventure titles and big-budget releases.
Last year's inaugural edition drew more than 780,000 viewers, according to the ministry. Ersoy said this year's festival expands on that reach, with the goal of supporting theater sustainability and improving access to cinema for audiences of all ages. GNC is the event's main sponsor.
"We will feel the unifying power of cinema again across every corner of Türkiye," Ersoy said in his announcement, adding that the ministry wanted to invite "young people and families in particular" to fill theaters during the event.

The festival's provincial reach means most Turkish cities, including smaller ones far from the country's largest urban centers of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, will host discounted screenings over the two days. Organizers have not released a province-by-province breakdown of participating theaters.
