Turkish actress Afra Saracoglu expanded her international profile after attending a high-profile event in Milan, where Italian supermodel Bianca Balti praised her presence and appearance.

Rising Turkish star steps onto global stage in Milan

Afra Saracoglu, known for her leading role in the TV drama “A.B.I.,” aired on ATV, continues to build a strong reputation both domestically and internationally.

The series, which has attracted significant viewer attention, has consistently ranked at the top of television ratings in Türkiye.

Her career began while she was studying Comparative Literature at university, when she made her acting debut in the film “Ikinci Sans.”

Since then, she has taken on leading roles in multiple productions, steadily growing her audience and recognition.

As her projects reached international markets, her public appearances and brand collaborations also expanded, leading to invitations to global events such as the recent gathering in Milan, widely regarded as one of the world’s fashion capitals.

Meeting of global names highlights growing recognition

At the Milan event, Saracoglu met Bianca Balti, a globally recognized model known for her appearances in Victoria’s Secret fashion shows.

The two posed for photos and spent time in conversation during the evening.

Balti expressed admiration for the Turkish actress, describing her as having a strong and positive presence.

In her own words, the model said: “She has a very beautiful energy. We had a pleasant shoot. She has a magnificent beauty that shines with her own light.”

Balti’s return to public life adds deeper meaning to the encounter

The meeting also drew attention due to Balti’s recent personal journey. The Italian model had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer in September 2024 and underwent an intensive chemotherapy process.

By March 2025, she returned to the red carpet and stated that she was in recovery.
