Turkish actor Cagatay Ulusoy has drawn widespread attention on social media after a new photo taken during his holiday in Bodrum began circulating online.
Ulusoy, who most recently starred in the television series "Esref Ruya," headed to the popular Aegean resort destination after the show came to an end, taking time off following his latest television project.
A fan who came across the actor in Turkbuku, one of Bodrum's well-known holiday areas, posed with Ulusoy for a souvenir photo. After the image was shared on social media, it quickly picked up attention and sparked discussion about the actor's latest appearance.
Ulusoy had previously attracted attention for his muscular physique, while the new photograph surprised some fans because of his noticeably different appearance.
The actor has remained one of Türkiye's widely recognized television figures after building up his career through productions including "Adini Feriha Koydum," "Medcezir," "Gaddar" and, most recently, "Esref Ruya."
Born in Istanbul on Sept. 23, 1990, Ulusoy began his education in the city and later enrolled in Istanbul University's Faculty of Forestry, where he studied in the Fisheries department. He put his university education on hold after moving into acting and later received acting training in the United States.
His public career initially took off through modeling. Ulusoy entered the Best Model of Turkey competition in 2010 and won the contest, before making the move into acting.
His major television breakthrough came with Adini Feriha Koydum, which introduced him to a much wider audience and helped establish his place in Türkiye's television and film industry.
